1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "287bet", "we", "us", or "the Operator" refers to the company operating the 287bet platform at 287bet.app and all associated sub-domains and applications.
• "Player", "you", or "User" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the 287bet platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful completion of the 287bet registration process.
• "Platform" means the 287bet website accessible at 287bet.app, including all games, betting markets, account management tools, and associated services.
• "Wallet" or "Balance" means the PKR-denominated funds held within a Player's 287bet account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or matched deposit bonuses granted to a Player by 287bet under a promotion.
• "Real Funds" means currency deposited by the Player via a payment method, net of any pending withdrawals.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total betting turnover a Player must generate before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, a mandatory identity and document verification process.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency used for all transactions on the 287bet platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 287bet platform in any manner — including but not limited to browsing the website, creating an Account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or participating in any promotional offer — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any documents incorporated by reference herein, including the 287bet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the 287bet platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirements

3.1 Minimum Age

Use of the 287bet platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. 287bet does not permit minors to access, register, or participate in any betting or casino activity on the platform. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process and may be required at any time during a Player's relationship with 287bet.

If 287bet determines at any stage that a Player is or was under 21 years of age at the time of registration or any subsequent activity, 287bet reserves the right to immediately close the Account, void all bets placed, and confiscate any winnings. Real Funds deposited by a minor will be returned to the deposit source following investigation.

3.2 Geographical Restrictions

287bet primarily serves Pakistani players and operates under international gaming standards. Players are responsible for ensuring that online betting and casino gaming is lawful under the applicable law of their jurisdiction before registering or depositing. 287bet reserves the right to restrict access from specific jurisdictions without notice.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each person, household, IP address, device, and payment method may be associated with only one (1) 287bet account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, 287bet will close the secondary accounts, void any associated winnings, and may close the primary account if evidence of systematic multi-accounting is found.

4. Account Registration

To use the full features of 287bet, Players must create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested by 287bet for KYC purposes.

You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 287bet login credentials — including your password and any OTP codes — and for all activity that occurs under your account. 287bet will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

You must immediately notify 287bet support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 287bet may temporarily suspend an account as a security measure pending investigation of suspicious activity. During any suspension, funds in the account remain protected and inaccessible to third parties.

Sharing your account credentials with any third party, or allowing another person to use your 287bet account, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

6. Deposits & Payment Methods

287bet accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable transaction limits are displayed within the account deposit section and may be updated from time to time.

All funds deposited into a 287bet account must originate from a payment method registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are not permitted and may result in the return of funds and account suspension.

287bet does not accept deposits made with proceeds from criminal activity, money laundering, or any illegal source. 287bet complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities where required by law.

6.1 Currency

All transactions on the 287bet platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 287bet does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR deposits. Any conversion fees charged by your payment provider are outside 287bet's control and are borne by the Player.

7. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of Real Funds at any time, subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) the absence of any active bonus wagering requirements on the funds requested for withdrawal; and (c) the withdrawal amount meeting the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold displayed in the account section.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless 287bet permits an alternative method at its discretion. 287bet does not permit withdrawals to payment methods not previously verified under the account holder's name.

287bet targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes or less for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transfers under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to two banking hours. 287bet is not liable for delays caused by banking institution processing times, national holidays, or payment network disruptions.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

287bet offers various promotional offers including, but not limited to, welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions contained in this section.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is disclosed on the promotion page. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only. Bets placed on certain game categories — including but not limited to video poker, baccarat, and specific table game variants — may contribute less than 100% toward wagering requirements, as specified in individual promotion terms.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

287bet strictly prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using low-risk or matched betting strategies to fulfil wagering requirements; or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures. Detection of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

8.3 Expiry

All bonuses issued by 287bet carry an expiry date. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds that have not been wagered within the bonus validity period will be removed from the account automatically upon expiry. Players will not receive prior notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms disclosed at the point of claiming.

9. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 287bet platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or market, as displayed within the 287bet sports betting section. General betting rules applicable across all markets are as follows:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. If a manifest pricing error is identified, 287bet reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.
• Settled bets cannot be reversed except in cases of provable technical error or manifest pricing error at 287bet's sole discretion.
• In-play betting is offered on selected markets. 287bet may suspend in-play betting at any time during an event without notice, particularly in response to significant match events or technical issues.
• Maximum bet and maximum payout limits apply to all markets and are displayed within each market. 287bet reserves the right to reduce maximum bet limits for individual accounts without prior notice.
• Bets placed after the official start time of an event — including PSL matches, international cricket, and UFC bouts — will be voided unless in-play betting is explicitly available for that market.
• 287bet reserves the right to void bets suspected of being placed with knowledge of a predetermined outcome.

10. Casino Games

All casino games offered on the 287bet platform — including slots, live dealer games (Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack), and virtual games — are provided by certified third-party game providers. The outcome of all RNG-based games is determined by independently audited random number generation systems. 287bet does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner.

Live casino games are streamed from certified studio facilities using professionally trained dealers. All cards used in live table games are physically shuffled and dealt in real time. Players accept that the inherent house edge in casino games means that long-term play will, on average, result in a net loss, and participate at their own risk.

Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. In the event of a verified technical error during a casino game session, the affected round will be voided and the staked amount refunded to the Player's 287bet wallet.

11. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 287bet platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, potentially resulting in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account per person, household, or payment method
• Providing false identity, age, or contact information during registration or KYC
• Using the platform if under 21 years of age
• Depositing funds derived from criminal, fraudulent, or otherwise illegal activity
• Attempting to manipulate or exploit game software, betting algorithms, or promotional systems
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the 287bet platform without prior written authorisation
• Collusion with other players to manipulate outcomes in peer-versus-peer games or markets
• Engaging in any conduct that interferes with the normal operation of the 287bet platform or disrupts other players' experience
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any part of the 287bet platform

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the 287bet platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, design elements, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 287bet or its licensed content providers. No content from the 287bet platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 287bet.

The 287bet brand, logo, and any associated marks are protected trademarks. Unauthorised use of 287bet's intellectual property in any context is strictly prohibited and will be subject to legal action.

13. Privacy & Data

287bet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating a 287bet account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

287bet will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification services, fraud prevention systems, and regulatory bodies where legally required. 14. Responsible Gaming

287bet is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide all registered Players with access to the following responsible gaming tools through their account settings:

• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 287bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 287bet platform, including losses arising from:

• Platform downtime or technical outages during sporting events or casino sessions
• Internet connectivity issues on the Player's side affecting bet placement or game outcomes
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Loss of expected winnings from bets voided due to technical error or manifest pricing errors

287bet's total liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total Real Funds deposited by that Player in the 30 calendar days preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by 287bet's negligence.

16. Amendments to These Terms

287bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the registered mobile number or in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the 287bet platform after any amendment comes into effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with amended Terms, you must cease use of the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the change.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which 287bet holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through 287bet's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies designated under 287bet's licensing framework.

Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory rights under the law of their country of residence to the extent that such rights cannot be contractually waived.
